SHOP POLICIES

This is a simple Policies page to assure that everyone is informed about how we run our shop. By using our shop website (sierene.bigcartel.com) and/or transacting with us in any way or form, you are agreeing to the terms in full. (The "we" and "us" here refers to the shop owners at Sierene Space)

TYPES OF PRODUCTS

There are two types of general products in our shop "Pre-orders" (For Group Orders) and "In Stocks".

Pre-orders (for Group Orders) take a much longer time before the pins get shipped to you. Pre-order means the buyers of that batch are paying to put the pin into production. Please do not purchase pre-orders if you cannot stand to wait for a very long time to get your pins. There can be mistakes made along the way with the production(s) that are unavoidable and would affect the timeline.

In stocks are available products ready to be shipped out in the respective delivery day of the shop.

LOST PACKAGES/SHIPPING DAMAGES

We try our best to ship out packages in a timely manner, provided that we take every precautions necessary to protect your item/s from shipping damages. However, once the packages has been sent out and are no longer in our hands, we will not be held liable or responsible in case of damage or lost packages. Lost packages and damages are out of our control during shipment. However, we will always be willing to help you in case this happens. Please don't hesitate to contact us in events that this may occur.

DELIVERY FAILURE

In case of delivery failure, the package returns to my address. Once I receive the package back, you will be emailed with your options on how we can proceed with your package, it will either be to refund or to resend the package.

GROUP ORDERS

Group Orders are handled separately by Group Order Managers. We are not responsible if the GOM goes missing or has stopped operations all of a sudden. But in an event that this happens, we will try and hear everyone out regarding the matter, depending on the situation and availability of the products ordered, we may be able to get you your products. Please contact us if this happens.

USA SHIPPING (Temporary Policy)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise and once this section is removed from this policies page, at the moment all United States orders that go through my website will be forwarded to HAPPIPOP (IG: @happipop / TWT: @HAPPIPOP_TWT) who is my shipping partner in the USA wherein they will ship your orders individually through USPS. This has been my method since the past updates I had during the pandemic. This process is only happening right now because packages are getting lost and are taking months to reach US customers and this is the most cheapest way for US customers, it’s for the safety of your packages to reach you. If you do not agree with this kind of process, I apologize and urge you to refrain from ordering in the meantime from me.

CANCELLATIONS

Any pre-order item sale is final and we do not allow cancellations for it. I am not able to refund you because the money was used to put the products into production. We do not offer cancellations for in-stock items.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

In any case that you have a problem regarding your order or payment, please do not hesitate to contact us first before taking any action. We will always try our best to cater to your needs and concerns, provided that they are within reason. We would love nothing but for you to get your orders quickly and in great quality.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks and products you see here are created, made and produced by us, we have ownership over these due to intellectual property. We do not allow:

  • Republishing of artworks such as re-posting in another website

  • Re-selling of our products for a higher price than we do

  • Reproducing or duplicating our artworks in any shape or form.

These will be considered as stealing and we will not stand for it.

All sales are final.

Our Shop Policies may change without notice, whenever you avail of our products through our website and transact with us, you're agreeing to the current Terms of Service or Shop Policies that is posted.
